Please note that the Scheduling software automatically generates an email confirmation upon you submitting your request. If you do not receive an email message confirming your appointment, the appointment was not successfully scheduled and you’ll need to reschedule it.
If you need to make modifications to your appointment, please click the “Reschedule” button, or the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button, which are included in the email appointment confirmation reminder that was sent to you. Our practitioners are very busy attending to clients and therefore it's difficult for them to check voicemails while in session. Please don’t miss out on scheduling an appointment due to their inability to return your call in a timely manner. The online Scheduling software is real time and they would truly like you to benefit from receiving a treatment that will help expedite your recovery.
If you’ve already Pre-paid for sessions via the Scheduling software, click the “Redeem Coupon or Package” button, and copy and paste the code sent to you via email into the field.
New clients, will be required to specify a form of payment: Cash or Credit Card? If Credit Card is selected, enter the applicable information and save it to the form. Please note that by entering your information into the form, it does not charge your credit card, unless you authorize the charge. It simply retains your information for future billing.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Changing an appointment within 24 hours or not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in you being charged for a full session. Appointments can be modified online simply by logging into your account. Please call or text 208-949-3868 for any emergency appointment changes. We are understanding and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
